THE DOCTOR

Dr. Karen M. Henson graduated from The Ohio State University with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1991.  She has been practicing and managing veterinary clinics in the Portland area since 1992.

In addition to her degrees in Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, she worked in veterinary clinics during her high school years and in animal research after graduating from the university.  She has bred, raised and shown Siberian Huskies in both obedience and confirmation for over 30 years.  An avid cat owner, she enjoys the companionship of five house cats as well as their pet fish. 

Dr. Henson stays well informed with the latest trends in veterinary medicine as well as the rapid improvements in technology and equipment.  She is passionate about the care of your pets and looks forward to providing you with the best possible care for your pet friends and companions.
